Has it been a while since you've cleaned your bird feeders? We've got you! We're hosting a feeder cleaning week and all you have to do is bring us your dirty bird feeders.
9/1-9/8:
*Empty feeders of any seed or suet
*Drop off feeders at the store during business hours
*Pay a fee of $15 per feeder+
*Pick up your sparkling clean feeder on Thursday, 9/10.
+ Extra charges may apply if broken feeders need replacement parts.

 

 

 

Get ready for autumn avian adventures! Bird migration is kicking off and you don't want to miss the action. Join us for a walk through Tomahawk Creek Park to look and listen for the first migrants. Then, head back to the shop to discover how ornithologists catch & band birds and track their migration patterns.
Enter a drawing for an Acorn Feeder plus a 2# bag of peanuts! Attendees will receive a special offer, too.

 

Not everything goes to sleep at night! Join us for a walk at dusk to spot all kinds of night-time creatures, hopefully even owls, bats, spiders, moths and more. Our focus is on animal identification: during the walk, you will learn how to observe and identify the species of any native critter using the free tools accessible on any smartphone. Bring a flashlight and an extra layer in case it gets chilly.
